Rookie group Pure to hold a concert to support TVXQ’s Reunion

Rookie group Pure will hold a concert in the hope that TVXQ and JYJ will reunite once again.
Their label Pure Entertainment revealed that the boys made a goal of performing 100 times at the Seoul Myeondong Pure K-Pop Live Concert Hall. They will be debuting after their relay concert.
Pure consists of members White Soohyuk, Pink Chanhwee, Black Jimin, Blue Jungbin, and Yellow Younghoo. The boys were brought together by the CEO of Pure Entertainment, who was a long-time fan of TVXQ and wants to see them come together.

Girls’s Generation had always been famous for wearing high heels on stage, but this time the girls will be taking off their high heels in order to show off a more powerful performance for “I Got A Boy”.
The girls have already performed the song for their MBC comeback special, which was filmed on the 23rd, and everyone who attended the performance commented that the performance for the song is the most powerful for the group thus far.
SM Entertainment also emphasized, “It is a different song compared to the basic style that Girls’ Generation usually has shown. It’s a song that feels like a new challenge, and the song contains many musical styles and tempo changes. The addicting melody in the chorus is very memorable.”

Lee Seung Ki Apologizes To BEAST’s Yoseob?

Singer Lee Seung Ki won 1st place for “Mnet Countdown” for the third week in a row. 

On December 13, Lee Seung Ki’s “Return” won the trophy for 1st place on Mnet’s “Mnet Countdown,” where Yang Yoseob had to settle for second place with only 2200 points behind in the tabulation. 

Once Lee Seung Ki received the trophy on stage he said, “It’s been a long time since I’ve performed, so it feels great to receive the trophy for 1st place. I’m so happy to have been candidates for first place with Yoseob.” Then Lee Seung Ki apologized, “Yoseob, I’m sorry that Hyung is accepting this award.”

SM Entertainment has denied dating reports between two celebrities within their agency, TVXQ‘s Yunho and actress Go Ara.
Earlier today a media outlet reported, “U-Know Yunho and Go Ara developed a relationship from company mates to lovers at the beginning of this year… They confessed their love to a mutual friend. Yunho was drawn to Go Ara’s maturing beauty, and Go Ara was attracted by Yunho’s sense of responsibility.”
However, SM Entertainment flatly denied these rumors, labeling them as untrue. “The dating rumors are, of course, not true,” the company said. “We are confounded by the ridiculous report.”

Guerilla Date Filming With DBSK Shuts Down Due to Overwhelming Number of Fans

Reflecting DBSK (TVXQ)’s mega popularity, a recent TV recording in public had to be shut down due to the overwhelming number of fans.

Recently, the DBSK members took time to record for KBS’ Entertainment Relay. As part of the show’s ‘Guerrilla Date’ corner, the two members were being interviewed outside in public.

However, as Entertainment Relay’s reporter Kim Tae Jin revealed via his Twitter, “Today’s recording of DBSK’s guerilla date at 8:30 p.m. in Shinchon has been cancelled due to safety reasons. There were about a hundred times many more people than pictured and it was quite dangerous.”

HaHa gets furious at the mention of his former girlfriend Ahn Hye Kyung?

HaHa leaped up in anger at the  mention of his former girlfriend Ahn Hye Kyung.

On the October 9th episode of MBC Music‘s ‘HaHa’s 19TV Mutiny‘, panelist Park Geun Sik, confessed, “I told my previous girlfriend I loved her or that I missed her and that she was pretty with curse words. It was hard for me to say ‘I love you’ back then.”

HaHa replied, “I don’t understand that at all.” Park Geun Sik shot back, “You don’t? You don’t? You don’t,” surprising  HaHa. The phrase “you don’t” in Korean (“ahn hae”) sounds incredibly close to “Ahn Hye Kyung”, who HaHa was previously in a publicized relationship with.

HaHa responded right away, jumping up and shouting, “You don’t? You don’t? Are you talking about Ahn Hye Kyung? I told you not to talk about her.”

In related news, singer Byul and HaHa will be getting married this November.

Recently, several photos of SM artists were posted on a community website with the caption “Behind stories about SM casting.”

According to the post, TVXQ’s Chang Min received the offer to make a debut as a singer while he was playing badminton.

Super Junior’s Gang In was hanging out with his friends at an amusement park and SNSD’s Seo Hyun was on the subway when they were given a name card of recruiters of SM.

EXO-K’s Se Hoon had to run away from a SM’s casting manager for some 30 minutes after the recruiter approached him, offering to be a singer when Se Hoon was eating at an outdoor snack bar.

There has been a lot of talk regarding SNSD’s comeback in the fall, especially since October is right around the corner. Ready for some official releases?

SM Entertainment told TV Daily that

"We are planning on having SNSD’s comeback in October. Discussions on their comeback are in its final stages."

Due to Sooyoung’s unexpected car accident injury, the release dates of teasers, MVs and album will be decided based on how quickly Sooyoung is able to recover.

The official statement from SM Entertainment is:

"We are in the final stages of making the album, and their comeback plans will be adjusted depending on how much Sooyoung does or does not recover. While it won’t stray too much off the planned October comeback date, it will have to be adjusted to Sooyoung’s recovery."
